So, are you ready to apply? Here’s what you need to do.
Step 1: Download your application form, fill it out on your computer, print and sign. As part of the application, you’ll be asked to write a letter of intent (250-500 words), which can be typed on a separate paper.
Step 2: Download your parent/guardian permission form and have them fill it out, print, and sign.
Step 3: Have your youth minister or campus minister fill out the youth minister recommendation. You can either download and print it for them or send them the link to this website (www.archny.org/cyla-application) for them to download themselves. Once they have filled it out, they will give it back to you in a sealed envelope.
Step 4: Have your pastor fill out the pastor recommendation. You can either download and print it for him or send him the link to this website (www.archny.org/cyla-application) for him to download himself. Once he has filled it out, he will give it back to you in a sealed envelope.
Step 5: Collect the documents from steps 1-4 and put them together in one envelope and mail it to:
