The Kid With A Bike is the featured film for October for the International Film Festival sponsored by Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers. It will be shown on Friday, October 15, 2021 at 7:30 pm at Maryknoll’s Society located at 55 Ryder Road in Ossining, as well as via webinar (Registration required for either at: www.MaryknollSociety.org/Film-Festival. Everyone is welcome and admission is free.

The Kid with a Bike is a 2011 Belgium film directed by Jean Pierre and Luc Dardenne. Abandoned by his father, a young boy is left in a state-run youth farm. In a random act of kindness, the town hair dresser agrees to foster him on weekends.
