Cardinal Dolan To Visit Ulster Correctional Facility
Archbishop to Hold Christmas Mass for Inmates
Napanoch – Timothy Cardinal Dolan, Archbishop of New York, will celebrate Christmas Mass at Ulster Correctional Facility for staff and inmates.
Ulster is a medium-security correctional facility for males, housing approximately 660 inmates, with 131 (20%) inmates whose religion is Catholic.
Approximately 60 inmates will attend mass. Interviews will be done following the service.

Credentialed media wishing to attend must RSVP to Patrick.Bailey@doccs.ny.gov by NOON ON Thursday, December 13, 2018, The RSVP should include the names of those attending as well as a detailed list of equipment. Media should arrive no later than 9:00 am on Monday, December 17th with government issued photo identification. Cell phones, laptops, iPads, Apple watches, Fitbits or any other technology with wi-fi or cellular capability are prohibited from all NYS correctional facilities.
