    A Lenten Spring Training: Encountering God Through Sports

    Whether you watch or play sports yourself, or support your children or grandchildren in youth sports, celebrating athletic achievements can evoke joy and wonder. The field, the court, and the bleachers are places where we can encounter God by practicing solidarity with one another. Join us for a discussion and small group reflection on how Lent can be a Spring Training for our spiritual lives preparing us for Easter and our lives as Easter people. This event will be led by Dr. Jimmy Walters, a globally recognized speaker, author and leader in Catholic spirituality and ministry.
