Please make plans to join the staff of the Office of Family Life for one of the three gatherings to introduce Jubilee 2025 and the opportunities for family involvement. All clergy and laity, including family members of all ages are invited to attend. After a welcome and prayer, a short presentation regarding the graces of this Jubilee Year and the offerings of the Office of Family Life, and a period of discussion and questions and answers will conclude the gathering.

On Friday, October 4, 2024, we will honor St. Francis of Assisi at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 213 West 30th Street, New York, NY 10001. The celebration begins at 5:15 PM.
This event is a wonderful chance for our community to gather in faith and fellowship. St. Francis is known for his love of nature and all living creatures. By coming together, we can reflect on his teachings and the importance of compassion. Everyone is welcome to join us for this meaningful occasion. Let us celebrate our Holy Father and strengthen our community bonds!
Life-Giving Wounds is a three-day retreat that invites participants to move through the broken image of love that appeared to them in their parents’ relationship to their deepest origin and identity as God’s beloved, capable of great love. It will be led by the Life-Giving Wounds traveling retreat team. The retreat begins on October 4th at 6:30pm pm and ends on October 6th at 3:30 pm. Cost per individual is $200/person. Must be 18 or older to attend.
Please join us for the First Friday All Night Vigil dedicated to Our Lady of The Rosary on Friday October 4th 2024. The evening will start with confessions at 8:00 PM followed by the Holy Mass at 9:00 PM. After Mass there will be exposition of the Most Holy Eucharist, a teaching on Our Lady of The Rosary, Confessions throughout the night, Sacred Heart & Precious Blood Devotions, Special First Friday Prayers, Litanies, Stations of the Cross, Scriptural Rosaries & Blessed Mother Devotions, Sung Chaplets, Quiet Moments of Adoration, Beautiful Hymns and other devotions to the Saints of October including St Francis will be prayed throughout the night. There will be FREE refreshments at Midnight and at 3:30 AM and the vigil concludes with a 5:00 AM Closing Holy Mass.
