Our thoughts and prayers are with Father Michael Barry, who unfortunately won’t be able to lead the Healing Mass as planned due to an injury.
Please join us for a First Friday All Night Vigil dedicated to the Most Precious Blood of Jesus on July 5th, 2024. The evening will start with confessions at 8:00 PM followed by the Holy Mass at 9:00 PM. There will be a discussion on the Precious Blood of Jesus led by Fr. Joseph Kinda, and exposition of the Most Holy Eucharist. In addition, there will be Precious Blood Devotions, Special Prayers, Litanies, Stations of the Cross, Scriptural Rosaries, Sung Chaplets, Quiet Moments of Adoration, Beautiful Hymns and other devotions to the Saints will be prayed throughout the night. There will be FREE refreshments at Midnight and at 3:30 AM and the vigil concludes with a 5:00 AM Closing Holy Mass. All those attending will receive a free copy of the book “Beautiful Eucharist”, a compilation of Eucharistic encounters.
The event will take place at Our Lady Good of Counsel Church at 230 East 90th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues.
Join the Witness for Life for 8:00 a.m. Mass at the Basilica of St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral, followed by exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, silent Adoration, Rosary Procession and a prayer vigil at the nearby Planned Parenthood abortion clinic. At 10:15am, participants return to Church for Benediction, followed by a social. Through our peaceful and prayerful witness, we bring the light of Christ to the modern-day Calvary that is the abortion clinic.
