The National Night of Prayer for Life occurs every year on the night of Dec 8th -9th, our national feast day of the Immaculate Conception and the anniversary of the first apparition of Our Lady of Guadalupe.  We encourage every parish to join in praying for the cause of human life on this holy occasion by hosting a prayer vigil. The official hours are 9:00PM Dec. 8th to 1:00AM Dec. 9th. From 12:00AM-1:00AM EST, churches in every time zone across the country will be united in prayer.   

We understand that not every parish is equipped to host prayer during those late hours, thus you can feel free to modify your prayer schedule to be united in prayer at a time that works best for your parish that evening.
