The “Upper Room” gatherings are quarterly meetings for youth ministry coordinators across each region, inspired by Acts 2:42: “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.” Just as the early disciples gathered in community, these sessions bring coordinators together to deepen our faith, share insights, and strengthen our ministry. Each gathering serves as a place for support, formation, and collaboration, allowing us to grow spiritually while addressing youth ministry’s unique challenges and opportunities. Through shared learning and prayer, we cultivate a network of encouragement and resources to serve the young people in our care. Whether discussing best practices or simply listening to one another, the “Upper Room” gatherings are a vital space where our collective wisdom and faith unite to enrich and inspire our work.
