Inner Healing Retreat – Module A Young Adult Retreat (ages 18-35)

This three-day psycho-spiritual journey helps participants explore and address the deep human dilemma: “I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do, I do not do, but what I hate, I do… Who will rescue me?” (Romans 7:15, 24)
The retreat focuses on healing inner wounds that prevent us from experiencing peace, joy, and love—using psychospiritual tools rooted in Catholic faith.
Module A: Prepares participants for the healing journey by creating a “holding environment”—an experiential, participatory space—and introducing essential tools.
