The company is also providing an update on progress in restoring Change Healthcare’s products and services.

NOTICE MARCH 20, 2024
We have received the following notice regarding the agreement between UnitedHealthcare and Mount Sinai Health System from UnitedHealthcare:
UnitedHealthcare and Mount Sinai Health System have agreed to a new multi-year contract that restores network access to the health system’s hospitals for people enrolled in employer-sponsored and individual plans, including the Oxford Health Plan, effective immediately.
The agreement also ensures continued, uninterrupted access to Mount Sinai’s physicians.
We will mail letters to our members who previously received communications regarding our negotiation to inform them that Mount Sinai’s hospitals are once again in-network and that Mount Sinai’s physicians will continue to participate in our network.
We thank our members and customers for their support and patience throughout this process and are honored to continue supporting all of the people throughout New York who depend on us for access to quality and affordable health care.
