Badges
You need your ID card to access our offices. If you need a plastic sleeve for your lanyard to hold the ID card, please visit the Operations Office on the 3rd floor. Please keep your ID card on you at all times.
Conference Rooms
Conference rooms may be booked in three ways. Instant meetings may be booked using the screen panel next to the conference room door. Future meetings may only be booked in advance via the app or Outlook, not through the screen panel next to the room.
Help
Data Center: Assistance with computers, monitors, phones, conference rooms, or other electronic equipment.
Building Office: Assistance with workstations, trash, air conditioning, bathrooms, and other building-related issues.
Marketing: Brand guidelines, letterhead, email signatures, or other Archdiocesan design projects.
Departmental Delivery: Each department has either a specific person or small area designated for handling incoming and outgoing mail.
Incoming: Incoming mail is only delivered in the morning, except for certified mail. Packages are delivered throughout the day, with those received after hours to be delivered the next morning.
Outgoing: Outgoing mail is picked up twice a day, once in the morning when USPS arrives to deliver mail, and the second between 2 – 2:30 PM. After that time, outgoing mail must be taken to the 3rd floor mail room and given to Office Services staff directly.
Pantries
All refrigerators are cleaned out every Friday evening. All items without a clearly visible name and expiration date will be discarded.
You are advised to bring your own coffee mug and any dining utensils you may wish to utilize.
Toasties Discount
Show your archdiocesan ID card to the cashier at Toasties Deli (located at 23 East 51st Street) for a 10% courtesy discount.
