To maintain consistency and flexibility across departments, the Archdiocese offers two approved visual options for incorporating the logo into your email signature.

Use only one logo—either the crest or the wordmark. Do not use both in the same signature.
Ensure all logos are scaled appropriately and maintain clear spacing.
Do not alter colors, fonts, or proportions of the logo.
