9 Days for Life is the USCCB’s annual novena for the protection of human life. Each day’s intention is accompanied by a short reflection and suggested actions to help build a culture of life. Gospel of Life Week
January 22 – 26, 2024

Students at Archdiocesan schools will learn about topics that uphold the dignity of the human person. The Gospel of Life Curriculum includes creative, engaging, and free resources about life issues for every age level. It is designed for teachers, DREs, and Catechists and can be accessed on the Respect Life Office website.

40 Days for Life

February 14–March 24

This life-saving prayer campaign is taking place throughout the Archdiocese from February 14th through March 24th. It consists of forty days of prayer, fasting, and peaceful vigil at abortion facilities.

Walking with Moms in Need

Walking with Moms in Need is a nationwide, parish-based initiative to increase support for pregnant and parenting mothers in need. It works to ensure that any woman who finds herself unexpectedly pregnant, or parenting in difficult circumstances, can turn to her local Catholic Church and be connected with the resources she needs. NY Catholic Youth Days – Volunteers & Exhibitors Wanted!

We’re thrilled to extend an invitation to enthusiastic volunteers and exhibitors to be a crucial part of the 11th annual NY Catholic Youth Day for high school and the 2nd annual middle school day! By contributing time as a volunteer or setting up a table to sell great Catholic merchandise, you are helping create a transformative experience and supporting young people on their spiritual journey. Exhibitor spaces are limited, so secure your spot early! Volunteers are needed for Friday, April 25 for set-up as well as all day on Saturday, April 27, and Sun-day, April 28!
