Catholic New York’s yearlong series about priests of New York who distinguished themselves by their extraordinary ordained ministry was well researched and written by two of their own number, Msgr. Thomas J. Shelley and Father Michael Morris. The series will be compiled into a special e-edition to be made available the week of Jan. 10 at digital.cny.org.

Christmas Tree Ornaments

Throughout the past few weeks, handmade ornaments have come flooding into 1011 from schools throughout the Archdiocese. Apart from decorating our office Christmas tree, these Christmas decorations were sent to our colleagues in Catholic Charities and ArchCare, who will brighten homes and facilities with our students’ handiwork throughout the Archdiocese.

For 30 years, seniors from All Hallows High School get into the Christmas spirit by buying and gifting toys to Kindergarteners and 1st graders at Christ the King School.
