is the featured film for December in the 2016-2017 International Film Festival sponsored by the Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers. It will be shown Friday, December 16, 7:30 p.m. at Maryknoll, 55 Ryder Road in Ossining. Everyone is welcome and admission is free.
is a 1985 UK film from director Norman Stone. It is a biographical film about the relationship between Oxford academic C.S. Lewis and American poet Joy Davidman.
The film festival provides nine monthly offerings on Friday evenings from September to May. The current series, "Life through Death: Changes in Perception," includes an introduction by a Maryknoll missioner and a brief discussion after the screening.
