Martial Arts Lesson and Open Training Social

Join us for a FREE outdoor martial arts lesson in Central Park! All experience levels are welcome. Participants will learn breathing techniques, conditioning exercises, punching & kicking drills, and more, so bring water and comfortable clothes! The lesson will be followed by an open training social where you can share techniques from other disciplines or practice what you’ve learned!
