DAVINCI ON BLEECKER : THE LAST SUPPER EXPERIENCE

(New York, NY)  New York’s renaissance continues with this week’s opening of DAVINCI ON BLEECKER: THE LAST SUPPER EXPERIENCE, an immersive journey into the creative genius of Leonardo DaVinci and his transcendent masterpiece, The Last Supper, at THE SHEEN CENTER FOR THOUGHT & CULTURE. The interactive exhibit is comprised of 32 individual installations and a full-size reproduction the High Renaissance classic, The Last Supper. The exhibit spans two floors, allowing for ample social distancing and unprecedented up-close access to these exclusive reproductions of this historic treasure. The journey through DaVinci’s The Last Supper includes an audio accompaniment, in both English and Spanish, which walks the visitor through the creative choices that gave rise to DaVinci’s poignant recreation of Christ’s final meal with his apostles and the announcement of his betrayal. The exhibit runs through December 9, 2021 at The Sheen Center Gallery and Black Box Theater at 18 Bleecker Street, New York, NY 10012, on the corner of Elizabeth. Tickets start at $25 for adults with reduced prices for students and children aged 12 and under.
