Cardinal Dolan To Visit Ulster Correctional Facility
Archbishop to Hold Christmas Mass for Inmates
Napanoch – Timothy Cardinal Dolan, Archbishop of New York, will celebrate Christmas Mass at Ulster Correctional Facility for staff and inmates.

Ulster is a medium-security correctional facility for males, housing approximately 660 inmates, with 131 (20%) inmates whose religion is Catholic.

Approximately 60 inmates will attend mass. Interviews will be done following the service.

Acting Commissioner Anthony J. Annucci will be in attendance

Monday, December 17, 2018 – Approximately 10AM
